Shadow in "Miscellaneous" part is rendered by Windows, while custom shadow is rendered by WinPaletter itself.

Each cursor has its own separate shadow.

You can control its color, blur power, opacity and its offset (X, Y). You can solve this by going to Settings > ExplorerPatcher and then disable preview synchronization.

If you installed ExplorerPatcher and uninstalled it, WinPaletter will detect ExplorerPatcher is still installed (due do ExplorerPatcher registry remnants) and so the descriptions will be different.

If your Windows is outdated, these labels might not be the same as your current system.
